And since I'm on that topic, he didn't need to bring back Orochimaru when he could simply have Sauce wait for Kabuto to wake up and convince him to revive the Hokage as a type of penance.The ending is good theme-wise and Kaguya is surprisingly the most appropriate final villain, a completely hollow and instrumentalized person who embodies the ultimate end point of what the shinobi system believes ninja should be, obedient, unquestioning, and powerful; but she has no presence, no charisma, is not interesting, barely has a personality, and the one "piloting" her is a cliche, 80s-style, smug, one dimensional villain.
