>>282271297Well, it would be more entertaining to chart out at what point of the Dragon Ball story One Piece characters stop being able to keep up.I'm pretty confident One Piece characters can go toe-to-toe with the Dragon Ball cast up until the 22nd Martial Arts Tournament. Maybe (and it's a very tentative maybe) some of One Piece's top tiers can give King Piccolo a run for his money. But once King Piccolo regains his youth from Shen Long, it is pretty much a done deal for the whole One Piece cast.

>>282271297Unironically the strength and durability feats of One Piece probably scale at least to Namek.Look at the mountain Frieza threw at Goku and he struggled to catch before using ki to blow it up. Old Garp throws way bigger steel balls across the ocean with one arm. Prime Garp could probably give a super saiyan a run for their money in terms of actual fighting without ki blasts.
