This is half brilliant, half villain-of-the-week capeshit, really disappointing

Starts off very strong and peaks early with the vases chapter and the runaway couple chapter

Then there's the HAIR chapter and the many WHIRLWIND and the TWISTER GANG™ chapters which are goofy, but not even particularly fun or imaginative

By the time they get to the Lighthouse it reads like something that has zero intention behind it

This could have been a genius 5 chapter story instead of a mediocre 20 chapter one

The real horror is the curse of serialized manga and editorial expectations making great artists publish subpar material to fill in deadlines
