When I was a kid I would fall asleep with the TV on, specifically to Cartoon Network. I was already exposed to vocaloids and some weeb stuff online but I was too nervous to watch.One night I woke up around 5AM to the 3rd and 4th episodes of Inuyasha and I really enjoyed it. I remember trying to look it up later on and watch more, but I never did. I specifically remember that morning because it was right after the massive hurricane that destroyed the east coast as well as my parents just got done fighting. I specifically remember the dark cloudy skies, which I now often see in my dreams. Ironically this wasn't really the "first" anime I remember the ending to the 23rd episode of Cowboy Bebop, and it stuck with me.I miss old Toonami.
