Just finished reading JJK and then read the last CSM chapter and I'm flabbergasted.JJK had long, detailed chapters, with plenty of dialogue throughout the entire series. Even when Gege was sick he still kept it up. There were plenty of characters with personality and style. Wide variety of emotions and scenes with plenty of cozy fan service sprinkled in throughout.I read the last CSM chapter and it's 40 words if you don't count Barem choking sound effects. You literally have to stare at Yoshida's corpse and Barem's face for 15 seconds each to make this last a minute.There are a handful of characters, zero fan service, no moments that ever feel consequential, and the story is totally incoherent. Even with this new devil descending, we all know it will blow over in a dozen chapters and mean nothing.Seriously I'm kind of just reeling from the shock of having just read a manga where the author wasn't forcing their publisher to retire them.
