Those two arcs are the absolute worst paced arcs in the anime and are absolutely not worth it. Then watch Zou in the anime and go back to the manga for Whole Cake Island. I will say though look up the songs for While Cake Island on Youtube when you get there, those are really good and fitting for the theme of the arc. Now this might be unpopular here Idk, but absolutely watch Wano in the anime. The arc is long as shit in the manga anyway, and the animation and OST gets really good from here on out. Post-Wano I'd just stick with the anime too since you're not too far from catching up and the anime is pretty good animation-wise and with OST's.Your choice but the only arcs I advice you to absolutely skip in the anime are Punk Hazard and Dressrosa. That's a painful stretch of the story even in the manga, and the anime was at it's worst at that point too.
