Hisoka and Illumi could basically do whatever the fuck they wanted and nobody could even slow them down. Obviously they're top-tier fighters but I thought it was mostly a big fish in a small pond situation and they just happened to be stronger than most of the characters we had met so far; the hunter association is pretty big after all.
