Did a reread specifically on Riednich, Troupe, Kurapika chapters. The only logical explanation for introducing Sheila/childhood flashback , Rinsworth (who is clearly of Kakin if he gets broadcasted in their boat), and Riednich having the eyes and possibly Pairos head is to set up a collision course between Chrollo, Riednich, and Kurapika.occams razor would then have it that Riednich (probably with guidance from the Hei-ly) is responsible for the Kurta massacre and Sarasas killing
My biggest qualms with most theories >How easily they describe the troupe as innocent: even if you think everyone they’ve killed deserved or signed up for it (mafia, blood battle watchers in heavens arena, greed island players), they’ve killed with such brutal casualness that I have a hard time seeing them ever being completely innocent. Nobunaga himself claims they troupe started off like the Hei-ly, they couldn’t have been “innocent”.>Any theory that doesn’t involve Sheila feels like it has holes. My final theory is based on troupe not being innocent and Riednich or the Hei-ly being involved. It seems to be a contradiction. If the Hei-ly are involved, why would the Troupe be of any guilt? Again, the Kurta were strong. Even young Kurapika almost fucked up an adult.The only local explanation was that the troupe were tricked, in part by the Hei-ly. Sheila was part of administering this trick to the troupe, as she’s only the only tie to the troupe that was “loose”. How that happens, I don’t know

Scarlet eyed Kurta are like super solders even without nen. The Kakin mafia aren’t that impressive. The leaders don’t know nen, and they have at best a handful of decent nen users each. Considering that Morena (who isn’t too impressive) massacred the original hei-ly, I assume the original Hei-ly was about as strong as the other mafia nen wise. In other words, don’t think the xi yu or Cha-r would have the strength to do the Kurta massacre? I don’t think so, so I doubt the original Hei-ly could either. The troupe clearly would be capable of doing it.So the troupe did kill the Kurta. I don’t see any way around it unless you think the Kurta are very weak (which contradicts Uvo and general scarlet eyes hype) and that anyone could kill them, or that the Hei-ly secretly has some secret strong nen users that for some reason weren’t good enough to get rid of Morena. And neither lines up.

Togashi is doing with the Troupe what Masashi Kishimoto did with Itachi. Unnecessarily humanising to the extreme and revealing too much the past of a character that should have kept some mystery.

Restrictions make no sense in this series. Can you remove a restriction? How do you create a restriction? How do you enforce it(example, the chains that only work on phantom troupe members, do they work on ex members, if they change the name of the troupe willit still work, if someone lies and says they are a member of the troupe can he use the chains without it killing him, if someone is wrapped in the chain and they say "I renounce my membership of the troupe"Can willit still work?) Can you change restrictions in small ways to fit the situation? Can you transfer it? Can you have multiple restrictions? If you do have multiple restrictions, can you make a restriction that cancels out another restriction? He says that he will use all the nen he will ever havedoes that mean all the nen that he has in him right now? Does that factor in any future training that he may do? There are too many questions about restrictions.
