I've been watching Sailor Moon for the first time and is it just me or is this not really much of an action show? I've watched about 14 episodes and literally only like a minute's worth of action seems to be in each episode and the action that is in them feels very minor. Even Mew Mew and Precure have more action in them

It's not an action show indeed, mostly about the comedy and overarching plot.The R movie iirc is the one with the most action.
