Honestly, this kind of stuff would be far better if they weren't in love and were open that it was purely sex and lust. In fact, the protagonist should be in love with each of them and be heartbroken about that they see it as nothing but sex and also have sex with others but still drown in pleasure due to the foursome sex scenes and then feel disgusted and empty afterwards.
Romance ruins all good rapeharems to be honest. This is why Diabolik Lovers and Everyone's Toy were so good in that they just cut out the romance.
