I should have said the climax, I suppose. The movie has more bad in it than Bio Broly by runtime (since the early portion of the latter is at least entertaining), but in Bio Broly all the good is at the start and then it gets bad while Second Coming peaks with the extremely fanservicy triple family kamehameha which tricks your lizard brain into thinking it was worth sitting through all the dreck before. They're both pretty damn low on the list of DB movies anyway though, and original Broly itself isn't too great, it just stands out because Broly.

Second Coming is weird in how fucking disconnected the 1st half is from the 2nd. Excluding Maloja showing up in the next movie, the only thing that connects them is giving an excuse for Goten to cry and wake Broly up. The necklace Trunks got from Maloja wasn't even the Dragon Ball.
