>>282509252You're a based friend anon. The manga is considered to be the best part by many. It is definitely really really good and also the longest JoJo part. I can see this having more 50-60+ episodes
Best manga, worst anime. If there's one part to read instead of watch it's this one.JoJo is an enjoyable if slightly goofy action manga, until a quarter of the way through SBR where it becomes unfathomably kino and stays that way until a third of the way through Jojolion

It's like if Berserk got okayish adaptation by modern standards with wildly varying levels of quality between scenes and episodes. At this point you have no excuse to just read the manga. >>282509252Its mediocre. Araki has never been good at writing characters as people. They're basically just tools that he uses to progress the plot forward. That isn't a huge problem on its own. Lots of writers are the same. Writing wholistic people is hard and not always worth the effort. The issue is that Steel Ball Run is a very personality driven story, and the inconsistencies or conveniences that Araki inevitably introduces to move the plot forward directly contradicts that personality driven style. Characters will gain or lose personality traits or act like utter morons as necessary just as much as they did in earlier parts of Jojo. That aspect hasn't been improved at all, in spite of the shift in focus in how the story is told.
