I think Jojolion is overall a pretty good part. The final battle is simply simultaneously rushed and dragged out and makes the ending a mess.

I genuinely do really enjoy Josuke as a character and i do think the Wonder of U arc is over hated, however the rest of JoJolion (Sans Vitamin C, the Soft and Wet Arc, Jobin and the beetle fight, everything about Rai and some other moments) is pretty fucking shit and a slog to get through. JoJolion feels very inconsistent in its quality
