That's not to say it can't be done well, but there's been exactly ONE anime in the past 15 years to examine both the benefits and the risks, as well as the philosophical implications of letting AI take over, and no one watched it.

I loked the episode, but lately most sci fi anime has dropped the ball hard. There are exceptions like that anime of the same creator of Dennou Coil, that one was really good.So I'll take this anime with mid hopes, subterranean expectations.
