personally part 5 is my favorite so far (i've only read volume 1 of part 7, and seen some parts of 8 and 9 (which i am excited for)) but part 4 is an amazing part and i understand why it's a lot of people's favorite, and i think objectively it could be the best jojo part. it's the first part after the original vampire trilogy and when araki really started getting creative, and i also love all the characters in morioh, even the less good episodes were still really entertaining. and it was so nice to watch after the sort of depressing ending of part 3. i think jotaro is used very well in this part as a mentor character rather than a main character.
