I doubt it. Yuki, Mikuru, and Itsuki are way too responsible to ditch their duties for love. They’d stay in the Brigade even if they got into a relationship.
And if Kyon or Haruhi ended up with someone, it’d be with each other. The only real problem would be if one of them got together with someone else.

Wouldn't make things a bit awkard? Even more so if Yuki, Itsuki or Mikuru were to date another brigade member. Clear cut divisions would become murky.
