The Fushigi Yuugi manga has a full anime adaptation, off the top of my head, and I think there are others from the '80s or '90s that did (though also a bunch of them were anime originals)

Zero no Tsukaima, had its final season adapting the notes for the last few volumes air a few months before SAO would start.
Additionally, if one counts SAO as an "isekai" (it isn't), it's functionally a complete adaptation, as it had ended in 2008 with the Alicization arc.

im surprised this garbage story is getting 5 seasons.

it's literally a moba/dota2 story with gods being players pitting worlds against worlds, with boss monsters and the invasions from the phoenix towers themselves are creep waves.

destroying the other worlds inhibitors and then their heroes results in the winning world getting world buffs for their heroes, and the losing world ceases to exist.
