Obviously, people approach Tooru and Satoru Akefu all the time without being attacked, so it must be something Tooru uses somewhat manually, but then again it's implied that some people are getting hit by calamities even when Tooru has no reason to be attacking them, like the nurse bumping into her cart.Tooru also speaks several times about there being an order to his attacks. Characters can "jump to the top of the list." This implies there is a list of targets who are all going to be hit by calamities. Does this actually make sense, though? Can you go down the list?I think someone would have to reread the arc while taking all of these things into consideration and see if there's some kind of mechanical consistency. I have a feeling that Tooru can turn calamities on or off and perhaps the threat of a pursuer is subjective to Tooru. The strength of the attack might be based on how threatened he is, but the speed might be based on karma. And it might not be able to target more than person at a time.

Parts 4-5 had peak stand designs and Killer Queen has this unique vibe that no other stand design to this day has captured. Just this sinister emotionless cat creature. Compliments its user so well. Cream is a close second. Just a perfectly terrifying monster.
