That not even mentioning her body, she looks like deformed. Legs maybe too short and upper body too thick like a complete fatso

This manga went from funny and random to genuinely totally impenetrable. I have no clue what’s going on and I don’t think the author does either.

The lore is pretty easy to follow
>Ninjas exist
>they're as potent as they are in fiction
>Switched sides at the end of WW2 to secure their place in society
>Now currently a state within a state working with but not for the Japanese gov as the organization NIN
>Now it's 202X and NIN is a massive bloated and corrupted National Security Agency just pure alphabet agency shit
>Former NIN and other anti ninja zealots form an organization called [Under Ninja] or UN in opposition
>Perform destabilizing terrorist attacks against NIN targets going so far as to destroy their homeland defence satellite and expose the identity of all NIN members
The actual story? Well almost nothing really matters between the characters besides the first MC cutting the nose off of the UN super weapon girl showing that despite everything she's not invulnerable.
