It's great, and Barasui was a god for both humor sense and little girl fashion.
In every aspect, it trumphs anything comedy little girl cast that came out in the past decade. The girls felt like actual little girls, not some sort of caricature of what a little girl is.
And the fanservice was already toned down from the manga, but at least it was still obviously there with how the shots were framed, or the clothes accentuated the right places. The OVAs outright kept the panty shots and nopan tease.
This kind of anime was something we won't ever get back.
