I've been thinking more about Mugi's suffering: do you remember how she was completely absent from about half of season 1's episodes due to only existing in the AiPri verse? sometimes we went for weeks without a hint of moogs. >>282689192It's funny that Mii defeated her solo.One thing I always thought interesting is how it was implied multiple times that Secret Friends are better solo than as a duo or a trio during S1. And although Himari and Mitsuki managed to solve mostly of their stuff that was limiting them through their own potential as a duo, they're not holding Tsumugi back retroactively. The "miracle of harmony" that was Tsumugi balancing them by mimicking Himari isn't needed anymore, and Tsumugi herself wants to develop a sense of self.It feels like the whole plot of the main trio is basically them being hold back by their dependence of each other, in contrast of how supportive they were as friends.
