Maybe it's partly because we got the chapter early, but this chapter has been on my mind more than any chapter since the initial alter-Nano chapter. I know that this is less of a 'bullying' chapter than I thought, but the situation is close enough that I can't help but consider what the correct course of action would've been in a non-gag manga. I will say that this page >>282668271seems to indicate that they were watching out to ensure things didn't get "too" bad, which does help a bit. If the brother didn't have tsundere strength, then what? Let him get beat up trying to help his friend/crush, just so he doesn't hurt his pride (or chivalry, as Kishika puts it)? Is that really, truly the correct option? I mean, in the end, they're elementary schoolers, win or lose, the world will move on. But it just bugs me, because while the answer given isn't wrong for the type of manga it is, it just doesn't satisfy my mind.
