I would have preferred Joji (or for that matter, other members of the Rokushin Kaikan) to actually fight a relevant named character than have him drink the beer with Shen in the background (Joji literally just had a single spar with Ohma, are you kidding me?), anti-climactically break up and reconcile just as abruptly.

Because Kengan Omega has no stakes, Sandro ensured nobody would take a villain seriously. Even potential foes, get the joke character treatment to let you know they're on "your side" like the schizophrenic treatment of Shen and him caring about making clones then immediately calling it off because they asked nicely. The martial arts stop mattering, it became more about your vague martial arts "powerlevel" which allows you to do "whoosh whoosh" hands better with the enemy kneeling down after calling you unfathomable.

I've quite been enjoying reading Versus and despite the art which I'm pretty sure the Tenkaichi guy was told to ape Murata, I am still interested in what is happening in the world.

I hate Versus. I like the world, characters, and story, but there's just way too much shit going on for a monthly manga, it's going to take a fucking decade for this thing to end unless they start rushing it to give it an ending randomly.
It's been going on for 3 years now and we aren't even in the midgame of the plot yet. We've only got a decent look at a third or so of the Natural Enemies, one of them we literally don't know anything about, they're only just starting to cross over with each other, there's zero indication of any them being beatable, and any time we get a chapter it's a total dice roll of whether it'll be about Zaybi's, Hallow's, or Jachi's adventures, or if it'll be a one off about some other side character or Natural Enemy.
I wish we could just kill the artist's other work so it could be weekly, or at least fortnightly

The whole clone/connector/consecutor plot is so fucking stupid I cannot help but laugh
>Reveal that Ohma and Ryuki are clones of a crazy Chinese Martial Artist that wants to brainjack their bodies
>Also reveal that there is a third "failed" (never elaborated on) clone that wants to stop him and take over

So we had two Ohmas drop in, job in all their fights, and proceed to not develop any plot point at all or reveal anything of substance except I guess a 4-year-old Luohan being behind Ohma and Ryuki being kidnapped by Mukaku.
