Just watched the CITY race (ep 9).It was so good! All these little flashbacks were delightful and really built up the stakes.I love each character even more now. What a wonderful series.

Are there any channels on YouTube reacting to or reviewing the series? I assume this is too niche for most normies, but surely there are some serious slice-of-life anime fans who would be into this. I did come across one video reviewing it (they liked it) but I haven't gone on a deep dive yet.

Then it turned out Mr. Makabe is an absolute chad and kinda stole the show. Niikura had some amazing scenes as well.

Basically they wanted Ecchan and Matsuri as the one plotline running throughout, and then they wanted to do the scene at the end of episode 1 with Nagumo talking about what she wanted to do, and then the beginning of episode 13 where Nagumo said that all the days were fun. Plus the other scenes between those that reinforced that idea of Nagumo trying to find her thing. After that, just just kinda voted on what stuff they liked most.

Was Niikura just a robot the whole time? We also saw in episode 5 that she had a computer in her skull instead of a brain.
Granny's my favourite character and though I love the anime for the most part, cutting so much to do with her and Nagumo's rent was tragic.
