I picked up the LN which I'll read the moment the Anime ends. I also checked the Manga which is more faithful to the LN than Anime. Depending on how long the wait is, I'll also consider reading the Web Novel. Overall I have to say this has been my favorite Witch Anime since LWA.

Volume 8 is such a fucking mess, like a quarter of it is a single fucking extended flashback
Then there are a bunch of other flashbacks all throughout, many of them to the exact same events as the extended flashback
And in the midst of this the shit is hitting the fan at mach 12 but then it slows back down again for yet another flashback
