Anime games are like the one instance where visuals and grahpical quality DO matter, because if you're making a game based off of a battle anime (especially one known for its good looking, high level fights) then the models and animations obviously need to be on point, and they never are unless CC2 and Arcsys are in charge.The models in Rebirth of Souls were okay. I like that they experimented by basing the game off of TYBW's art direction, and unlike Spike with the DBZ game, they actually consulted the anime studio for directions so it's decently adapted. I also think the map blended in well with the models which is rare, but both it and the VFX were low quality and looked like they came from a shitty unreal demo, a lot of anime games have this problem. For whatever reason though, mobile games don't. Like this Chinese bleach game managed to make both the VFX and the map translate well.
