Does this show have any interesting villains, I can never even tell what it's about since 80% of the posts argue whether tamaki is ruining the show or is what makes it good and the other 20% are about maki's muscles.

I finally sit down to watch the show and man nothing fucking happens. I get you can do the series stupid fast via manga but I often enjoy the visuals and sounds of anime.It's so obvious that the fireforce is actually fighting the tragic misunderstood villains who were actually made bad by some pseudo retarded shit. Other than that most antagonist are really just one offs or not that enjoyable to watch. The show is more focused on the main fire department though and trying to stop the end of the world, would highly recommend watching the first and 2nd season and then finnishing the manga real quick, heard that S3 doesn't have the same quality as the first two seasons.
I don't understand the point of ecchi. When I watch or read ecchi, I get aroused. If the goal of ecchi is arousal, then why is it needed if there's hentai?
The irony is that I otherwise enjoy the author's fanservice.
