What Reiji said in his roasting against that angry nip means it's very likely Kazuya and Chizuru will end up with different partners. He can't control his characters.
This is not a story about bruteforcing your way into success but about acceptance of your circunstances and carry said burden, and acceptance of those who actually love you.
At most you'll get farewell sex, with Kazuya realizing there's nothing exciting about fucking someone who's just like a dead fish and the only reason he chased Mizuhara is because she was just like his mom, and will finally appreciate when a woman can be naturally affectionate after healing.
