It's a great fb and Rocks is cool because he's linked to Teach, Imu and Roger, not because he does anything particular. His personnality is nothing new either. Even in present day characters usually do stuff in parallel to Luffy's adventure. The marines, Teach and other supernovas are constantly on the move.
