For me it's FMA 2003, it's more deeper than Brotherhood with more meaningful themes behind it, more like Monster while the latter is like Demon Slayer, just shallow and lame shonenslop. It isn't a nostalgia thing since I watched Brotherhood first and thought it was total ass, but then I saw 2003 and thought it was a good series, more seinen like
