Most Precure seasons do have half-assed CQC fighting in most episodes, and Idol isn't an exception, but half-assed CQC is way better than half-assed chase action. I watched Wonderful weekly, more or less, but I would say that I might have a hard time marathoning it.Maybe Idol's last cour will end up horrible, but I don't know, I've been enjoying the post-Meroron arc episodes plenty. There are a few episodes below average in the season as a whole, but even the sumo episode was just average at worst whereas all the rest of 31-36 have been plenty enjoyable to me. I don't have much of a reason yet to think the last cour won't end up great for me, but maybe next episode will change my mind.
