>>283014482Honestly if I were a multi millionaire and I knew a series I liked was about to be axed, I would easily buy at least 5,000 copies to help keep it afloat. It would be the equivalent of spending like $1000 if I earned around 100k a year. Once it's off the chopping block invest another $25,000 or so in my own social media marketing or some shit to get the story out there so that the story gets the exposure it needs to organically keep up sales (assuming the story is good enough to spread with sufficient word of mouth). I'm surprised we haven't heard of more cases of whaling over physical media.
