TG:Re burnt him out and made him cynical enough to shit out the ending and betray his very premise. Choujin X might be more consistent artistically, but it's obvious he's not trying anymore. I mean, he gets to publish whenever he wants and the story STILL is all over the place, go figure.

Choujin X is TG actually done right. Ishida learned that actual character interactions make more for a far better read. Wild how much better your story can be when the main cast can do more than just keep referencing their one on-screen interaction they had 100 chapters prior.
