I read it up to 100 chapters and I had to turn my brain off to enjoy it, also all the tweeks and turns are really obvious. It's as generic as it gets.

She sadly is just a minor arc antagonist, though she may show again later on since she survives her arc (anime-only here). Big titty doctor is a one-off character according to what I heard, sadly.

it's a battle shounen where the good guys fight a different group of bad guys every arc, the survivors of one group of bad guys sort of disappear from the story when the good guys move on to a different group of bad guys
i think she reappears for a couple panels in a crowd of momotaros a while later
