I don't exactly know what happened, but these subs for B Gata H Kei are totally fucked. I think they might have been hardsubbed, then OCR'd into softsubs, but done really poorly so sometimes they'll turn into other characters, like I've seen "Well" turn into "VVell" and frequently "I'll" turns into "fH" or "I'm" turns into "Pm" and "All" turns into "AH" and every ? turns into '?It also can't display signs and dialogue at the same time for some reason, so if there's ever something written on the blackboard, or a restaurant name in the background then the subs will only display the subs for the entire scene, and will completely ignore the dialogue. I even opened up the sub files and the dialogue is actually just completely gone from the file, or sometimes it'll appear but only for a frame before vanishing.I would actually just prefer hardsubs over softsubs if the softsubs are going to be this low quality and nonexistence a portion of the time. The subs are also 200ms quick, but not the signs and karaoke, those are all in sync.Still doesn't beat the time I found a Gurren Lagaan movie sub which was 340 seconds out of sync for the first half, but on-time in the second half somehow
