The other aspect, which may be fanwank on my part, is that it's a Jekyll and Hyde situation, where the more time he spends in the female form, the more accustomed he becomes too it, AND it grows with him(boobs, obviously, but also some degree of strength, since he doesn't let the form stop him from continuing his regular exercise regimen, maybe just lightened a bit)
