it's kind of funny though when you really think about it. they had no issues with the school underwater nessie scenes ep8-9 of season one, almost one to one with the manga with very little "fanservice" cut, and here you get this weird censorship.
some censorship for anime I kind of get why they did it, like with bisque doll where the manga had actual nudity scenes with 15yo Marin being just more zoomed in for the anime, but this one makes no sense and serves no purpose. the original isn't even a sexual depiction.
