When was the last time you felt depressed after finishing an anime? I seem to only get that feeling after watching late 90s/2000s anime.
I got really sad after finishing to Boku no Pico
>>283128949Me too! I couldn't stop crying with my penis.
>>283128949You've been going around every thread mentioning Boku no Pico like that joke hasn't been overused almost 20 years at this point.
>>283128923A long while. It's hard for me to get invested into a 12 episode anime now.
>>283128988>he thinks it's just one personThat's what you get for making a stealth recommendation/request thread.
>>283128923Bisque Doll, I think? Got all sad that I didn’t have that.
>>283128923Yuri on Ice. That ending was weird and weirdly depressing. And then everyone online fought about it.
>>283128923Anohana mainly because of how much time I wasted watching that forced emotions pile of excrement called an anime.
>>283128923That sword has zero structural integrity and looks extremely fragile
>>283129330It's strong because a cute girl is holding it
>>283128988imagine making another retarded fucking rec thread, and getting pissed that you're getting Boku no Pico'd again
>>283128923texhnolyzethe ending fucked me up so bad I couldn't stop thinking about it for like a weekironically it launched me out of my neetdom
I remember when Animax would rerun this and fma 2003 ALL THE TIME. Hellsing, Di Gi Charat Nyo, Nadesico, Burst Angel, Planet Survival, Get Backers, Vandread, Gantz, they were all great rewatch material but my favorite was Heat Guy J.
>>283128923honestly, I'll get shit for this but the last time I felt that with an anime made post 2015 was Franxx. The last 8-9 episodes were clearly meant to be a second cours and not so rushed and the overall flow and story started getting messy, but holy shit watching that all in one go had me so messed up and depressed emotionally both from the rollercoaster of the series but also just how sad it was.
>>283128923Realizing I might never get Horizon S3. But part of me still has hope...
I have never experienced this phenomena. If I enjoyed something I feel good, not depressed about it. I suppose I have felt "shaken" by some shows that had an ending I found particularly brutal or twisted and it will stick with me for a while but even that's not the same thing as being sad a show ended.
>>283129488Say thank you.
>>283128923You mean intentionally because the ending was aiming for that or "it's over and I'll never be able to experience watching it for the first time ever again"?
I don't need to finish an anime to feel depressed.
