I like making fanfiction with somehow from AI( I'm not paying it) And have a few code geass fanfiction's on the go with only one I really see an end state for within Reach . What sort of themes and expansions would you say would be good ideas to cover in all that. I like to expand on C.C. ability that she can unhypnotize people from lelouch geass Prime example the girl who supposed to make a knife Mark everyday at school and not handwave it away but have Nina initial attack that made her scale of Japanese people have some sort of resolve for her.( in range very different ranges on what happens to the guy and what it was really about in the first place,)

Also I've had use Mario from the mobile game and his legal guardian / step mom's last inconsistent translation to different degrees in a few of my Code geass FanFictions.

Fuck you

>>283139332
I don't have it make the actual story. Sometimes it gives me suggestions if I'm asking , usually it's making scenes of what I want.
>>
>>283139402
It's literally the most pathetic thing you could do. Not only are you piggybacking off an IP that's not yours, you can't even be bothered to summon up the imagination to come up with an actual idea. I don't know what you're trying to gain from doing this? It's not the satisfaction of actually making something because you're making fuck all, you'll let a computer shit it out. What is even the point? So you can pretend you've accomplished something? Wave it around to people and act like you're proud?

It's absurdly pathetic. Do fucking better.
>>
>>283140132
Trust me I have plenty of imagination I also have Asperger's and learning and need to use speech to text in order to make most of my sentences on the computer so having an AI make descendants said so it's not full of Grammy or spelling errors does help me out and I do go over again it doesn't get key details incorrect sometimes making the same seen a couple of times and I at times do you need to make edits to what it put down myself .I just occasionally ask it for when I get whiter block. I usually just tell it what exactly I want happened to who or what to be discussed between who and it usually handle stops like naming OC individuals or groups and I go over it with a computer reading program and most times it takes like One initial print from it and then one after I tell it what is did wrong.

You need to get off the internet, stop being homeschooled, and pick up a book.

Hi anon, fellow Aspie who wants to be a writer too. AI feels like it's helping in the moment, but trust me on this one, it's just not good for your long-term growth as a writer. Putting your thoughts into words is tough, but you need to learn to be okay with your first drafts being kinda sucky so you can iterate on them later. I find it helps to create a private Discord server and then write your stories in strings of messages (channel = story, threads = scenes), since it removes a lot of the formality that makes Word/Google Docs so intimidating for me. I believe in you.

This thread has depressed me. I am sad now.

I don't do everything writing wise with AI. I would like to try and publish a book and I've actually started a few haven't worked on them in a while would like to if I can get a better speech to text program that doesn't constantly mistakes words for other words but AI fanfiction was something I was doing for a bit just to entertain myself and to some of them got so long I'm like yeah maybe I should have other people see this instead of just spending a few hours a day just to entertain myself. The thing is my voice isn't exactly normal so it often understands my TV shows better than my speech to text programs can understand me at times and some words especially names it is very bad at getting. Also most of the books I read are graphic novels so I kind of need it down electronically on a different program than what I use for speech to text to tell me what it's saying. One I also have one Dynasty Warriors fanfiction I haven't done AI with I started it a few years before good AI was public and I'm feel like at this point using any AI on it would just be wrong.

Nobody wants to read AI shit just because it is long.

Why do you think people want to read stories?
>>
>>283141471
It's assisted by AI I'm still the one making it and it's not like I copy paste everything it like I only do the final good version and I do make edits and I do have people commenting and responding and seeing the actual fanfic. And I'm pretty sure they're not coming specifically for the AI.I know the time it has gotten to I usually tell it what it's supposed to do takes me longer than how long it takes for me to read it when it's done.

Why dont you ask the AI what makes a good story?

I have an ongoing fanfic with Shirley finding out lelouch is zero(Which following her master did make sayoko find out but she was already working with the Black Knights) with Shirley dad surviving his canonical death because Tamaki Not a good pilot but followed zeros instructions no civilian casualties. So Shirley Ended up joining the Black Knights even with lelouch as zero giving her extra opportunities an examples to turn back. Any advice and it's on fanfiction.net and I do get the occasional scammer one in money for me.

Full time author here who does this for a living. Published by 2 of the big 5. Been doing so for the last 16 years.

If you use AI you're going to get fucking NOWHERE. Publishers can sniff it a mile away and your book becomes an immediate auto rejection. If you somehow get through and caught, your contract becomes null and void. You will be shitcanned by the industry. It's happened before.

AI is incredibly inconsistent, fucks up even the most basic of structure and can't hold an arc to save its life. Those under the impression that it can adhere to even basic literary standards are absolute fucking morons who have never tried to read a book in their life. It's like someone playing Burnout and buying a supercar under the impression they can drive. Guess what? You're going to crash and burn as a result.

Put the fucking legwork in and learn to actually write if you want to do this. AI is for retarded cunts.

>>283140419
Aspergers is no excuse, man. AI is a crutch and it'll make you lazy.

I'm quite aware AI is far from perfect and the people who use it and making it I watched The Daily Show.

Sad how the only time the topic of creating OC comes up, it turns out someone's just shitting out word salad with AI
What a sad time we live in
>>
>>283145213
Have you tried writing a story without AI?

Whats sad is me trying to explain what makes a good story to somebody who quite possibly has never picked up a book.

I tried having my community helpers help with it but like I said, speech to text doesn't always understand everything I'm saying and sometimes it just plain misses me saying a word or two.
>>
>>283145609
People recited and listened to great stories long before the advent of mass literacy.
I don't know if there are any movies/anime/graphic novels which qualify as great and everlasting works, however.
>>
>>283145663
Why do you use speech to text?
>>
>>283145688
Wait, have you actually never read a book before?
>>
>>283145609

Do any of the following count. Japanese manga series.Fan translated light novels online . Marvel Comics. School assigned books for reading. Age of Sigma Gotrek Gurnisson Audiobook and is it okay to pick up a girl in a dungeon Audiobook. I have Asperger's and not a strong leader I prefer graphic novels or audiobooks. Is also why I much prefer watching dub over subtitle .

I've been in special classes most of my School life I'm capable of reading graphic novels but I would not say that I'm the kind of guy who's comfortable writing my own sentences without having someone else telling me what I need to I know how to make basic words but as my mom says I have a mass vocabulary and reading and writing are not the same thing so it's easier for me to hope my speech to text is being accurate and not stupid then try and make every sentence out by typing it. But can we go back to the topic at hand and stop focusing on the AI and focus on like where to get good characters for code geass fanfiction besides just the original anime? I've had use Mario in two or three of them from the mobile game but I seen people use other spin-off materials when they make their own fanfiction.
>>
>>283145915
>tell me where to get good characters from
What if you asked another AI program to create a character for you?
>>
>>283145915
No we will not stop focusing on the AI
Whether you like it or not, that is the single most important thing here
>>
>>283145915
Are you just asking for Geass spinoff materials, or are you asking how do people create original characters?

>>
>>283146045
Not using AI to do that sort of stuff if they're important enough I flesh them out in my head if they're just someone doing a job for one scene or getting killed I don't really describe them in detail I've even used the basic outline of people from other franchises the two old hecklers from The Muppets and one fanfiction and and another one I've used Phoenix ,Apollo, and Trucy, being Japanese but who did not leave when it got taken over by the not British. I am confident enough to make my own OCS without relying on the AI to really do that and they often have a quite different idea about them than I do.

I´d say scraping everything from R2 is a good place to start. I guess seeing a more mature take on colonialism and its effects and psychology would be interesting, we kind of got a bit of that towards the end of R1, but not much, and any level of depth ended with R2

Yeah, and I'm sure the AI tells you your ideas are all great and wonderful too. That's because it's primarily designed not to actually help you, but to make you keep using it, so full asskissing sycophant mode it is.

>>283140419
>and need to use speech to text in order to make most of my sentences
For something as utterly devoid of stakes as sharting out fanfiction you sure as fuck don't need a linguistic crutch, what you actually need is to take that chance to actually practice writing shit yourself. Because otherwise the moment the cructh gets taken away for whatever reason it's all...
>Trust me I have plenty of imagination I also have Asperger's and learning and need to use speech to text in order to make most of my sentences on the computer so having an AI make descendants said so it's not full of Grammy or spelling errors does help me out and I do go over again it doesn't get key details incorrect sometimes making the same seen a couple of times and I at times do you need to make edits to what it put down myself .
Yeah, that fucking travesty of a sentence. That is apparently what you create on your own, and holy fuck do you ever need to improve there. Improvement that will only come from you practising, and it's only practice if you do it yourself.
