"There are two types of people in this world. Those who believe in the existence of the 'inhuman' and those who do not."
Lewis Hartmann lost his father, who ran a detective agency, in a serial murder case, leaving him all alone in the world.
Although the case is rumored to be the work of the "Gravedigger Vampire," Lewis, who doesn't believe in superstitions, is determined to catch the culprit himself.
It is then that Arne Neuntöte, who calls himself a detective, and his assistant, Lynn Reinweiß, appear before him.
