They aired the show on Fox Kids LatAm during 2002 to 2004, they originally dubbed the opening theme, but the people at Fox Kids told the dubbing studio that their version of the opening was "crap", so they just aired the opening in Japanese https://youtu.be/S7AQKVB_p1I the dubbed opening later aired on some local channels across Latam, it wasn't as good as the Japanese, but I won't go as far as to call it crap

i've been enjoying this show I only just saw the OVAs this year. I don't want to devolve things into old good new bad but I have noticed that a lot of older anime are good at looking aesthetically pleasing without having to be overwhelming. The visuals aren't mind blowing but it's got a good artstyle and colors which puts it a notch above most stuff.
