I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it's actually more clever than that. The manga is trying to explain what motivates people with destructive behaviours like pervy guys who steal women's used pads or psycho girls who cheat on their husbands, get aroused by being abused and harm themselves in hysteria episodes. And the author has this really uncanny ability to make the reader understand crazy people.

It's pretty good. You should try it. It's called "Ori no Naka".
