Was Leiji ever good? I can't remember him being well-liked, even on here.

I've been trying to rewatch his shows lately and he seems like he had a problem. None of them are very good, and I could only get through one of them. All of them seem to depend on violence that doesn't have a place in the show or character's hands. Maybe he's just lazy.
