She managed to fuck her college teacher with ease, while still supposedly "liking" the MC. Also a stupid throwaway line from the manga that I took a notice of turned out to in fact confirm that while her husband was her first man, she had some experience with girls as her first love and first kiss was a female senpai, while nothing explicitly sexual happened it still gives some explanation to how she never had a guy in her life before she got married.
