He breaks the 4th wall constantly, trying to escape "tranime", devising various isekai death methods like hanging or getting hit by trucks, only for them to fail to kill him, but succeed in killing trannies who somehow got isekai'd into the same realm as him. It would either be legitimately unredeemable shit, or so shit it circles back around to being hilariously good.

Very violent deaths count for more than one. A one year countdown ticks down on his watch. At first he tries to save people committing suicide by jumping off bridges, people stuck in burning houses etc... but makes very little progress. He meets this ex-CIA guy who had a change of heart after a near death experience who shows him how to save the most people by targeting evil at its roots : > big pharma hitlist episode> favellas episode > gaza episode> epstein island episode> central banking episode> food industry episode> russia-ukraine warfare episodeThe catch is that his actions don't necessarily have the effect he expects. Also, the real people behind big crimes are hard to get to, so he needs to infiltrate those networks (he can shape shift). Halfway through the show, some other characters get reverse isekai-d, some side with him, some side with the international corrupt elite. The artistic direction should be more grounded, like those late 90s/ early 2000s artstyle. Think somewhere between Mezzo Forte, appleseed, and Jin-roh.
