If the rumours about what you did at Anime Boston are true then you need to understand that your behaviour was completely unacceptable. I don't know if you're still seeing a therapist but I think you should bring the event up with them and see if they can help you. I'd also look into taking medication if you aren't already, especially if you have anger issues that lead to violent actions.
