It's a prequel that is very good on it's own terms, but fucks some minor things up for the thing it's a prequel to.Not even due to spoilers, although there are major ones, but due to a bunch of mischaracterization and pseudo intellectual wankery.It's urobuchi after all, but it's urobuchi at his best.It's still very entertaining though.Ignore the dipshits here making watch order suggestions.
