Episode 3 has some cool, good looking fights. Most movement of any episode so far. Since these should be low priority fights, my hopes are up for the future insanity.

That won’t matter, though; the agenda has already been set. Every bit of animation will be scrutinized like won’t believe. Any positive will be disregarded. They won’t accept any of it to be good.

given all that,
so?

>if the fights look good then it’s okay that 90% of the episode still looks like shit and is boring
This is a terrible mentality. S1 OPM had more going for it than just Saitama vs Boros. OPM webcomic didn’t even originally get popular in the first place due to fights. Normalfags are so easily impressed.

This episode was has scenes outsourced to china and that fight between gale wind and hellfire was awful. It probably does have the most movement so far but that isn’t saying anything. They avoid animating the characters moving whenever possible.

Given the time and budget. It's the best we can get

Honestly, what's the point of even trying? You can't just have an amazing season 1 and have the rest of the adaption look like shit in comparison. Can the whole thing, and maybe when Saitama finally punches God, some studio might adapt the full series as a lavor of love. This attempt ended with Madhouse.

Why is he wasting time on X if the production is so fucked anyway?

It's all driven by youtube grifters - outrage drives views. If this anime released before the popularity of these grifters then no one would have cared. The animation looks completely fine to me.

You really think spending a few minutes on x is eating up production time? Are you a retard? Wait don't answer that, of course you are.

But what is better/worse between S2 and S3?

They're both bad in distinctly different ways.

Season 3 is better so far

Season 3's character arts are a bit better so far.

>Episode 3 has some good looking fights
Positively not. They literally took the fight animation for the s3 promo and cut out bits like Garou deflecting Ripper's hit onto Bug God, and then still take out any impact scenes for stuff like the tooth. How can they fuck up literally the one animation that actually looked good that got made specifically to promo the anime?
