The premise is that 32 convicts are put into a tournament setting to win their freedom. Part of the premise that a later character stresses is "don't just bring your strongest, bring your strangest" so there's more wacky and entertaining shit than the dry husks of "high level" fighters you'd get in Omega. The creator, Pinakanaka, was releasing a chapter each day until the semis because he had already drawn all the chapters up to that point so now we seem to get things monthly. He seemingly does all this with pencil (I assume). There's no secondary plot or some other bullshit to interrupt the tournament, the tournament is all there is to it. Most of the first round is stomps and is more like set up but round 2 is where it picks up.

That being said, Inaba isn't out of the fight and I can see him using hair to strangle Abyss and keeping his limbs out of grab range. Inaba should win but it's probably a 6:5 matchup.
