I finally watched this and it was ok I guess but one thing I really really disliked about this thing to the point it kept taking me out of it was the OST. Iris Out is a good song but the opening montage they did for it sucked ass and didn't fit well with it. Then for the other scenes the OST had no impact, it didn't even feel like it belonged where it was used, not even to mark the tempo of the animation. It counts as an upgrade from S1 but it still felt wrong. The only part where it worked was during Reze's final moments until the credits rolled but that was like 5 minutes.
